A 50% deposit starts the work. You approve the pages, we connect bookings, move your domain and test everything. The rest is due at launch.

As small guest house owners ourselves, we know how much the booking sites take. Our place, Villa Bozhi on the Bulgarian coast, earned €10,000 in two months last season from bookings made on its own website. No commission and nothing spent on ads: guests found us through Facebook and a few short TikTok videos, then booked directly.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to leave Booking.com or Expedia?
No. Booking sites are useful for guests who don't know you yet. The goal is that guests who already found you, and returning guests, book on your own site instead of paying the booking site's commission through you.
Can I keep my current booking system?
Yes. We connect the system you already use, so your calendar and channel manager keep working as they do today.
What do you need from me?
Your photos, room details and rates, and about an hour of your time for feedback. We write the text for you to check.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the content and the design are yours, and you can move it to any host whenever you want.
Is the website check really free?
Yes. It's a short report you can use with anyone, including your current web designer.
