What we collect and why

When you email us: your name, email address, your website address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare your website check, mockup or quote.

Business contact details from public sources: we may contact businesses using contact details they have published on their own website, about services relevant to their business. We keep only what is needed for that: business name, website, published business email and our notes about the website.

This website: it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

How long we keep it

Contact details of businesses that don't reply are deleted within 12 months. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run our business (email hosting, website hosting), and AI tools to help analyse public website information and draft our messages. A person at InnHelper oversees what we send and checks samples of it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Just email collin@innhelper.com or reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
